1st Workout @ California Fitness, Bugis

Morning: As promised myself, I woke up early today (actually I overslept a little) and rushed down to Bugis' California Fitness for my run cum workout. Reached Bugis at about 6:30am and saw a handful of people running and doing weights. Goodness! Next week I shall need to wake up at 5am to catch the 1st train to Bugis @ 5.38am, Simei MRT Station.

But since my friend has to reach office early today for a meeting, decided just to do lift some weights for the morning. Managed to do 3 sets of 20 repetitions for each of the following exercises:

Lats Pull Down
Chest Press
Hip Abductor
Hip Adductor

Had a super-quick shower, changed into my working attire, and rushed off to the bus-stop @ Queen Street to catch the SBS 170 (see below) to Hillview.

Nite: Did a quick evaluation of today's training. Will do a short 30 minutes run every morning, plus 2 upper body and lower body workout each due to the time constraint. In the evening, will do a longer run of 45 minutes or 1 hour. Followed by a full body work out of 5 upper body and lower body workout each. :) Hope I succeed in getting back my oldself in 3 months time. :p

Note: When I woke up on Friday, my whole body was aching! That showed how long I had laid off from training. I must get into the rhythm soon.
