i had my worst ever post marathon blues after SCSM 2006... i dun know why but i just felt so lousy and so depressed... wish there was another marathon coming up this weekend... the fact that i just received my gold coast marathon and marine corps marathon dvds did not helped at all... someone told me that i could go out and run another 26.2 miles on my own... but running a race itself and running a training run of 26.2 miles were very very different... so i will not be going out this sunday to do this on my own... not sure if i wanna go for the botanic garden run tomorrow too...
sigh... sian... sick... :(
