Never like to list down my resolutions... Felt that it gives me too much pressure... But yet, it also gives me a sense of "direction"... So here it goes:
1. To run an ultramarathon a month, every month...
2. To complete at least 50% of the ultramarathons within the cut-off time...
3. To do a team run...
4. To do one fun run...
5. To do one "very relaxing" overseas run...
6. To complete 2.4km within 12mins 30secs...
Sounds damn easy hor? :o)

I wonder what your definition of a relaxing run is? Punishing yourself running a 100 miler? :)
:) my definition of a relaxing run is one that i won't need to run until i'm out of breadth... so, running the comrades marathon would be a more relaxing and enjoyable run as compared to running 2.4km in less than 12mins...
